Harris is waiting for the trial of Kareame Cotton, 39. Arkansas State Police say Cotton was allegedly driving drunk when he hit Harris’s car killing his father and his 10-year-old daughter back in 2013.

The family was returning from the airport new years day…they had just picked up their relative who was visiting for the new year.

“It’s hard to be patient when you lost someone and you can’t get the closure you need,” says Paul Harris.

The court date is set for August 4th. This is the fifth continuance on this case. Harris says the judge did tell him the trial will start then as the the defense takes the time gather more evidence.
