LITTLE ROCK– A counselor faces one count of Medicaid Fraud.
Attorney General Leslie Rutledge says the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit arrested Al Gregory Dodds, LPC, on Tuesday.
The counselor from Camden admitted to purposely billing the Arkansas Medicaid Program in a fraudulent manner for the last six months, and estimated he had fraudulently taken between $70,000 to $80,000.
The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit recieved a tip from the Office of the Medicaid Inspector General in June that Dodds double-billed the state Medicaid program by $8,133.77 in January.
