BENTONVILLE, Ark. – A local daycare worker arrested on a sexual assault charge in June and later released on bond now faces an additional charge.
The Bentonville Police Department (BPD) first arrested Nathan Clemons, 24, of Rogers, on June 29, after an investigation into a reported sexual assault of a child at the daycare.
The BPD issued a news release on Thursday stating it had continued the investigation, uncovered a second child victim from the same daycare and arrested Clemons again for Sexual Assault in the 2nd Degree. He was booked and taken to the Benton County Jail awaiting a formal bond hearing.
