LITTLE ROCK, AR – The Arkansas State Police (ASP) reports a deadly accident in rainy conditions Wednesday in Benton County.
The ASP accident report identifies the victim as Elaine Holland, 94, of Eureka Springs.
Troopers say the woman was a passenger in a 2014 Honda CRV headed west on State Hwy. 12 west of State Hwy. 303 North when the driver lost control in a curve, crossed the center line and hit a 2003 Dodge Ram that was headed east.
The accident happened just before 10 a.m. and also injured the driver of the Honda. There’s no further word on their condition.
