PARAGOULD, AR – A person is reported to have been wounded in an officer-involved shooting.
The Paragould Police Department says it happened Wednesday morning at the scene of a disturbance on Rector Road.
The shooting is being investigated by the Arkansas State Police (ASP).
The person who was wounded was taken to the hospital and was reported to be stable at last report.
The officer involved is on administrative leave pending the outcome of the ASP investigation.
