LITTLE ROCK, AR – Advocates Against Domestic abuse have unveiled their latest weapon, a smartphone app.

Arkansas Advocates Against Domestic Violence designed the i-Hope App for safety and support.

The app features allow victims to pre-set contacts, or timers and alerts if they feel they could end up in danger.

“What better way to access information and quickly and when you’re talking about safety and an utilizing an avenue to seek safety quickly what better way than to use a smart phone,” says Program Coordinator Terri Edens.

The i-hope app is available for free to Android users now.

It will be available for iPhones soon.
