MONTICELLO, AR – A Drew County mom is facing drug charges after police stopped her for nearly causing an accident with a child in her car.
Officers discovered a bag full of marijuana and a child in the back seat of Misty Martin’s car.
The Drew County Sheriff’s Office says they pulled the Monticello woman over for changing lanes and not using a turn signal after she nearly caused an accident.
After examing the car deputies found a number of bags in different sizes full of marijuana along with a scale.
They acuse her of intending to deliver the drugs.
