LITTLE ROCK, AR – An El Dorado woman has won a million dollar prize from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
Shepeka A. Floyd cashed in a $20 scratchoff ticket in the $1,000,000 Riches game that contained the top prize.
She told lottery officials she’ll buy a home with some of her winnings.
Her winning ticket was bought at the Rainbow Food Mart in El Dorado.
