NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR — Arkansas Department of Labor inspectors will take a closer look at some apartment elevators, after FOX16 made the state aware of residents’ concerns.
We’re told a new inspection will be done on the elevators at Heritage House apartments — in North Little Rock — on Wednesday.
Those living there say people get stuck daily on one of the elevators.
And, residents say the other one doesn’t even work.
Many elderly and people with disabilities live in the building and the elevator is an important tool for them.
