LITTLE ROCK, AR — Ahead of possible wintry storms Wednesday and Thursday, many Arkansans are hoping the power outages won’t be as wide spread as they were during the Christmas Day winter weather event.
Entergy Arkansas says it’s bracing for the worst and being proactive.
Crews were scaling trees and chopping down limbs near power lines on Tuesday in preparation of the possible ice and snow.
Entergy says they have secured 300 additional linemen and have requested more linemen, tree-trimming crews, and scout teams to help with power restoration.
