NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR — Family and friends remembered Beverly Carter — the real estate agent — found tragically murdered earlier this week.
Visitation was held tonight in North Little Rock at First Pentecostal Church.
Dozens of people packed the parking lot and went inside the church to give the Carter family their sympathies and to honor Beverly.
Her son, Carl, Jr., said his mother will be laid to rest in a green gown she last wore on her 50th birthday party in December.
Her son says she felt and looked like a princess that night.
Family and friends describe Beverly Carter as a friendly, joyful woman with a contagious smile who adored spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.
Visitation ended at 7:00 tonight, the funeral will be held at First Pentecostal Church Saturday morning at 10:00.
