GARLAND COUNTY, AR – After three hours of deliberation, a Garland County Circuit Court jury sentenced Randy Williams Gay to death.
Gay, 56, was found guilty of capital murder for the shooting death of Connie Ann Snow on May 10, 2011, according to The Sentinel-Record.
In 1978 and in 1992, Gay was convicted of second degree murder.
