POPE COUNTY, Ark. – Two homicide suspects have been arrested in connection to a fatal fire incident that left two dead in 2014. 

According to Pope County Deputies, Billy Allen and Patricia Meadows were found in a burned trailer in northern Pope County on Jan. 16, 2014. Investigators determined that both were victims of homicide. 

County officials issued arrest warrants for Brad Hill and Kerri Hill in connection to the homicide, and are both being charged with Capital Murder. 

Kerri Hill is currently being held at the Pope County Detention Center and will appear for a bond hearing on March 14 at the Pope County Sheriff’s Office.  

Brad Hill is currently in custody at the Arkansas Department of Corrections on unrelated charges.  He will be transported to Pope County at a later date where he will appear before a circuit judge.
