WHITE COUNTY, AR – A Judsonia man is in jail after sheriff’s deputies find about $38,000 worth of stolen property.
In a news release issued Monday, the White County Sheriff’s Office said Jackie Weslee Foster, 30, is being held on Theft By Receiving charges.
The property was recovered on July 2 after detectives received a tip that it could be found on Edwards Road.
That’s where the agency found two zero-turn lawn mowers, a camper trailer, a side by side, a wench, a utility trailer, a Yamaha Motor Scooter, a log splitter, and an air compressor.
The items had been reported stolen from different locations in White County, Searcy, Beebe and Lonoke County.
Foster is being held at the White County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond and also has a parole hold.
The agencies involved have made contact with the owners of the recovered property. The investigation is still open and more arrests are expected as this case develops.
