LITTLE ROCK, AR – Ray C. Davis Jr. AKA “Ray Deuce” who was wanted on two capital murder charges has been arrested in San Antonio, Texas.
On August 29, Little Rock Police officers discovered the bodies of David Murphy and Charity Hall inside a burning home who were both later determined to have died from gun shot wounds.

LITTLE ROCK, AR – A Little Rock man is wanted for capital murder in the August shooting deaths of two people.
On August 29 Little Rock Police Department officers assisted the Little Rock Fire Department on a structure fire at 2607 S. Spring St.
While extinguishing the fire the bodies of David Murphy and Charity Hall were found inside and it was determined during during an autopsy that they both died of gunshot wounds.
According to police, during the course of the investigation Ray C. Davis Jr. AKA “Ray Deuce” was named as the suspect and two Capital Murder warrants were issued.
Police describe Ray C. Davis Jr. AKA “Ray Deuce”, 31, as a black male, is 5’9″ and 180 pounds.
His last known address is 2708 S. Spring Street in Little Rock.
