PERRYVILLE, Ark. — A man and woman are dead, and another man in custody after a homicide in Perry County.
The deceased have been identified as 32-year-old Susan Fuller and 36-year-old Jerry Drinkwater.
36-year-old Bobby Wyles was arrested at the scene.
Arkansas State Police are assisting with the investigation.
Perryville police responded to a disturbance at 506 West Valley Road around 11:00 p.m.
Once inside the home the officer witnessed two men fighting and one was armed with a knife.
The officer ordered the armed man, later identified as Bobby Wyles, 36, to drop the knife.
Wyles was then taken into custody and transported to the Perry County Detention Center.
Susie Fuller, 32, and Jerry Drinkwater, 36, who lived at the residence died at the scene.
Wyles is being held at the local jail as the investigation continues today.
The bodies of Fuller and Drinkwater have been transported to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory where a manner and cause of death will be determined.
