Update:
PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. — The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a second person in relation to a homicide that happened last month.
According to PCSO, Jake Eli Johnson, 37 was arrested today on a capital murder charge.
Last month the body of Edward Neal Perkins, 56 was found on Wright Way Road.

PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. – Deputies say the remains were found buried on Warner’s property.
Investigators say the victim died during a fight with Warner.

PULASKI COUNTY, Ark.- The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says a man was arrested Thursday night in connection to a homicide.
Officials say Troy Warner was arrested on first-degree murder and other charges in connection to the discovery of human remains on Wright Way Road.
Warner is being held in the Pulaski County Jail.
