HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — The Hot Springs Police Department is looking for a man wanted on several felony charges.
They say Tommy Earl Avance has outstanding warrants for numerous charges, including possession of drugs and firearms. Police say he is armed and dangerous.
If you see him don’t approach him just call the police.
