LITTLE ROCK,Ark. – Little Rock Police is asking for your help in finding Jodeci Norvell. Norvell was reportedly seen walking away in yesterday’s shooting that occurred at 4317 W. 26th Street, just north of Asher Ave and W. Roosevelt Road.
Police describe the victim as a black female who they say is in stable condition. The woman’s husband told us she was in the area visiting some friends, as she often does. He says he had called her cell phone when he hadn’t heard from her and that a friend told him what happened. He identified her as Linda Thomas and said she is “friendly to everyone”.
The LRPD says the woman was in her car when Norvell, who was wearing a black hoodie, fired the shots at her. She was hospitalized after being hit multiple times Wednesday afternoon.
Norvell stands at 5 foot 10 inches and weighs 210 lbs. If you have any information as to the whereabouts of Norvell you are asked to contact Little Rock Police Department.
