LOWELL, Ark. (KNWA) – A local man has been arrested on a charge of video voyeurism.
Lowell Police say Stephen Walker, 25, took pictures and videos of males in a bathroom at a local business where he worked.
Police say they found the pictures and videos on Walker’s cell phone.
