Severe thunderstorm watch continues for parts of Arkansas tonight

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Saturday, 12 AM Update – Only a small area of the state remains under a severe thunderstorm watch until 2 AM. As of this post, the line is continuing to push east out of central Arkansas.

Brief but strong wind gusts up to 60 mph is the main concern. While that is possible, heavy rainfall and lightning will be likely.


All storm activity should be out of the state by 4 AM.
