LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Nearly 10 months after a man was shot and killed in a Little Rock neighborhood, much of his murder still remains a mystery.

Police have no suspect information or leads, meaning the killer is likely walking free.

On September 30, 2016, Laderieon Morris, 35, was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds in the back seat of a 2013 Chevy Malibu, not far from Central High School.

Police were originally called to 20th and Oak Streets in response to a shots fired call. Laderieon’s body was found nearby. Police believe he was shot while driving and, after he was shot, he sped up, causing him to drive through a privacy fence and hit a house that sits at 22nd and Valentine.

All police can decipher from the crime are clues found at the scene and, without help from the community, it’s difficult to turn those clues into answers.

The Little Rock Police Department asks anyone who may know anything about who killed Laderieon to speak up. You can remain anonymous.
