LITTLE ROCK, AR — The man accused of hijacking a Jacksonville school bus Thursday morning has pleaded not guilty.
Nicholas John Miller, 22, entered the not guilty plea Friday morning, and had bond set at more than $330,000.
The suspect faces 12 counts of kidnapping, two counts of aggravated assault, and one count of vehicular piracy after being accused of hijacking a school bus carrying 11 students, then leading police on a chase for almost 11 miles.
Miller will now be scheduled to appear in the Pulaski County Circuit Court.
