SPRINGDALE, AR (KNWA) – Police arrested 26-year-old Tulio Morales for Sexual Assault after he admitted to touching a 13-year-old girl inappropriately.
According to a police report, the Springdale Police Department Criminal Investigation Division received information from the Arkansas State Police Crime Against Children Division that a 13-year-old girl reported she was touched inappropriately by Morales.
When officers interviewed Morales, he told them he “did wrong and he knew he was going to go to jail.” He also told police the victim had “seduced” him.
Morales told police that it was the victim’s fault and not his “because he did not want to touch her.”
