EUREKA SPRINGS, Ark. — A Missouri man is dead after a fall at the Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs.
The victim is identified as 62-year-old William Thomas of Webb City, Missouri.
The Eureka Springs police report Thomas fell from the fourth floor staircase inside the Crescent Hotel Saturday night.
Witnesses stated he had been in the upstairs bar before he fell over the staircase railing to his death.
He died at the scene.
Thomas’ body has been sent to the State Crime Lab for examination.
