TEXARKANA, AR — Law enforcement is searching for a man wanted for aggravated assault (shooting) and battery and is offering cash for information that leads to his arrest.
Texarkana Police say 32-year-old Del Rae Smith Aka “Smurf” “Moleek” is on the run. He is described as a black male who weighs about 160 pounds and is 5-foot-10.
