PINE BLUFF, AR – Arkansas Senator Mark Pryor made what he’s calling a “debate preview” today in Pine Bluff.
Pryor stopped by the Pine Bluff Senior Center to emphasize the differences between him and his republican challenger Tom Cotton.
The democratic incumbent highlighted his stance on medicare and social security and says he looks forward to having that discussion when he and Congressman Cotton square off next week.
“I’m glad that we have some people there that are gonna ask some of these hard questions about why he’s voted this way,” said Pryor.
“I look forward to this debate, these two debates, I look forward to the next two weeks because what we talk about is Arkansas comes first.”
The two senate debates are set for next Monday and Tuesday.
