MAUMELLE, AR — Maumelle police are asking for your help tracking down two men wanted for stealing copper. Surveillance video of the crime shows what happened and gives you a peek at the suspects.
Officers say on January 27th, the men ripped off four cables to a generator sitting behind a Verizon storage facility.
Police say the copper will be cut out of the cables and could be worth quite a bit of money. The value is estimated at $9300.
Captain Jim Hansard with Maumelle Police Department said, “We know how to investigate. We know how to do that, we’re just hoping for a direction to go in and hopefully you can help us out with that.”
