LITTLE ROCK, AR – A federal judge Monday set a proposed trial date for landowners suing Exxon Mobil as a result of the March oil spill in Mayflower.
Federal district judge Brian S Miller set the trial for the week of September 15, 2014.
Two landowners sued approximately one week after the March 29 oil spill in Mayflower.
Exxon filed a motion to dismiss the case last week. Miller has not ruled on that motion.
