MOUNTAIN HOME, AR – A Mountain Home man is behind bars for Breaking and Entering after a property owner found him asleep inside her warehouse building.
A deputy with the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office responded to the complaint call on Thursday shortly before noon at 1001 Wallace Knob Road.
The property owner and another person with her had found the man inside the warehouse and were holding him there until the deputy arrived
The man, identified as 32-year-old James Patrick Lally had broken into the warehouse building through a door.
According to a report Lally placed property belonging to the victim in two separate piles before falling asleep inside in a chair.
Lally was arrested on the scene and taken to the detention center. Authorities also found that Lally was found to be in possession of a meth pipe.
Lally was charged with Breaking or Entering and a felony charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He is being held in on a $5,000 bond and will appear in Circuit Court on July 2nd.
