LITTLE ROCK, AR – An Independence County woman has won a $100,000 lottery prize.
Arkansas Scholarship Lottery (ASL) officials say Kimberly Vanwinkle found the big money in a $5 scratchoff game titled $100,000 Extra Play.
She bought the lucky ticket at the EZ Mart in Newark.
The woman told ASL officials she plans to pay use her winnings to pay off her car and save the rest.
