LITTLE ROCK, AR – A North Little Rock man has become the latest big winner in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
Randal Moore has cashed in a $5 scratchoff ticket worth $100,000.
Moore bought the $100,000 Taxes Paid instant ticket at the Morgan Truck Stop in Maumelle.
Lottery officials say he told them he plans to pay off his mortgage with his winnings.
In other lottery news, the Natural State Jackpot is still up for grabs. It’s at $245,000 for tonight’s drawing.
