WASHINGTON COUNTY, AR (KNWA) – Deputies say 45-year-old Gregory Finfrock had sex with a 12-year-old girl, and sent her nude photos on Facebook.
According to a police report, on October 16, the 12-year-old’s parents brought her in to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office to talk to officers. Her mother says she found inappropriate conversations on her daughter’s Facebook. After further questioning, police confirmed that Finfrock sent nude pictures of himself to the girl, and that the girl had also sent nude photos to Finfrock.
In the Facebook messages, Finfrock told the girl to sneak out of her house and meet him at his home. When she arrived, they went to his bedroom and had sex. While in the bedroom, Finfrock reportedly asked the girl how old she was, and when she said she was 12, he told her they would “pretend she was older,” and told her not to tell anyone because he would get into “a lot of trouble.”
Finfrock is being held at the Washington County jail. He faces charges of sexual indecency with a child, 2 counts of rape, endangering children in sexually explicit conduct for use in visual or print medium, and sexually grooming a child.
