LAWRENCE COUNTY, AR – Waylon Sewell, 20, of Osceola has been arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office (LCS0) for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia .
The arrest came after a deputy noticed an SUV driving all over the road near Black Rock on July 5th, and pulled the vehicle over.
After stopping the vehicle, the LCSO says the deputy then noticed a glass pipe inside and searched the vehicle where he also found meth inside.
Sewell was placed under arrest and transported to the Lawrence County Jail to await a bond hearing.
