PARAGOULD, AR – The Paragould Police Department is investigating a string of car break-ins.
That’s why the agency is reminding residents to lock their vehicles.
In a news release issued Tuesday, the Paragould Police Department states that it’s received numerous reports of thefts from vehicles in the last few weeks in several different parts of the city.
Police say in almost all of the cases, the vehicles had been left unlocked.
Officers also remind residents not to leave anything of value inside your vehicles. That includes money, electronics and firearms.
