PINE BLUFF, AR — A Pine Bluff police officer has been fired after accusations of sexual harassment against a female officer.
The police chief originally suspended Officer Chris Powell for 20 days and revoked his field officer certification.
Powell took the issue to the appeal board, where members recommended his termination.
The chief tells FOX16 news that he respects the board’s decision and fired Powell on Friday.
