PINE BLUFF, AR – The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for help in identifying two suspects involved in a vehicle theft. It happened on Saturday shortly after 8 p.m. at the McDonald’s restaurant at 107 N Blake Street.
According to a report, several people got out of a red car and went into the restaurant.
Police say shortly after that, a man parked his white Nissan Maxima beside the red car and also went into the restaurant. Then, as the group of people left the restaurant, two people broke away from the group and drove away in the Maxima, according to police.
A report says the driver was wearing a white hat, a long sleeve white shirt with a logo on the front, black shorts and white shoes. Police also say the passenger appeared to be wearing boots, jeans, and a dark colored jacket and appeared to have light colored hair.
The stolen vehicle was a 1998 4-door Nissan Maxima with Arkansas handicapped tag 279942. Anyone with information regarding either of these suspects, or the location of the vehicle, is asked to contact the police dispatch at (870) 543-5100 or the detective division at (870) 730-2090.
