LITTLE ROCK, AR – Little Rock Police have made an arrest in Tuesday morning’s shooting on Baseline Road.
Ricky Burns, 24, is accused of firing a gun at another driver and a passenger on Baseline Road near I-30 on Tuesday morning.
Police say the victim received minor injuries from broken glass.
Burns was arrested two hours later.
