CLINTON, AR – The Clinton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a man who they say is mentally challenged.
28-year-old Julio Carlos Hernandez has been missing since February 1 from the Best Western Motel in Clinton.
He is described by police as being 5’6″ and weighing 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Police say Hernandez rode a bus California to Clinton to visit his daughter. According to a report he stopped answering his cell phone on Sunday and left his belongings in his motel room.
Authorities have entered him into the Missing and Endangered category because of his mental state.
