MALVERN, AR – A Bryant man has been arrested after a child told his mother someone was taking pictures of him with a cellphone as he used the bathroom in a Malvern Walmart store.
The incident was reported on Sunday to the Malvern Police Department, which issued a news release today.
The alleged victim told officers that the cellphone was placed underneath the bathroom stall.
Police say after the child told his mom, she then reported the incident to a store employee.
Arrested in the case was Antoine Lamont Jones, 35, who’s being held on $50,000 bond.
He is charged with Child Pornography Possession and Video Voyeurism.
