LITTLE ROCK, AR — The Little Rock Police Department has made an arrest in the Jan. 7 murder of a 48-year-old woman.
Terry Howard has been arrested and charged with the first-degree murder of Jan Lowe.
The Little Rock Fire Department responded to a fire at the 3400 block of Fair Park where they found the apartment fully engulfed in flames.
Once the fire was distinguished, Lowe’s body was found in the bedroom. After further investigation, her death was ruled a homicide.
Howard was developed as a suspect and taken into custody Thursday without incident.
He is being held in the Pulaski County Jail.
