MOUNTAIN HOME, AR — Police have requested the activation of a Silver Alert for a man reported missing Tuesday.
The Mountain Home Police Department (MHPD) says 48-year-old John E. Thompson went missing around 11:30 Tuesday night from Mountain Home in Baxter County.
He stands 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs approximately 220 pounds and has a graying mustache and beard.
Thompson suffers from depression and has “some mental illness,” MHPD says, and was last known to be at the Mountain Valley Condos near Pizza Hut, Dryers Mountain.
He was last seen wearing a t-shirt, blue jeans and a bomber jacket.
