FAYETTEVILLE, AR (KNWA) – Police arrested 26-year-old Jessyca Hoskins Friday after she admitted to filming a video of an underage girl having sex at her house with an older man.
According to a police report, on March 22, Fayetteville officers were called to Washington Regional Medical center to investigate a rape of a 14-year-old girl. The victim’s mother told police her daughter was raped multiple times over the weekend in several locations, and that her daughter exchanged sex for money.
The victim was interviewed at the Child Safety Center the next day, where she admitted that when she was supposed to be staying at a friend’s house, she went to “Jessica’s” apartment instead, where she said she had sex with multiple men. Police say the victim said Hoskins allowed her to drink and smoke marijuana, and that Hoskins introduced her to a pimp named “Allstar.”
Police made contact with a witness who gave officers video of the 14-year-old and a black man having sex at Hoskins’ house. Police say Hoskins later admitted that she filmed the video on her phone, she knew the man was over 18-years- old and she knew the victim was underage.
According to reports, the video shows the 14-year-old being sexually assaulted, and Hoskins’ face is seen and her voice can be heard in the video as well.
Hoskins faces charges of Employing or Consenting to the Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, Distributing, Possessing or Viewing Matter Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct Involving a Child and Computer Exploitation of a Child.
