Burkhalter Campaign News release:
Small businessman and candidate for lieutenant governor, John Burkhalter, called U.S. Congressman Tim Griffin to offer his congratulations.
“Tonight is the culmination of a year and a half of campaigning. My family and I wish to express our gratitude for all of your support and prayers along the way. Tonight I express my deepest appreciation for everything that every one of you has done for my campaign and for me.
I will continue to give back to my state in any way that I can. I will continue to work in our communities with nonprofits and local charities. But first, I look forward to spending a lot of quality time with my family over the next weeks.
I love my state and will continue to do anything to make it a better place,” said John Burkhalter.
