Democratic candidate for governor Mike Ross announcing his “Fair Pay” Plan he believes will close the pay gap in Arkansas.
Ross was joined by his wife Holly and current first lady Ginger Beebe for the announcement Friday.
Ross said he’ll do more to make sure employees aren’t retaliated against for talking about how much they earn with colleagues.
Ross is in a tight race with Asa Hutchinson, where independent voters and women are expected to make the difference.
Recent polls show Ross in a tight race with Republican Asa Hutchinson for governor.
Early voting starts in just over two weeks.
