BENTONVILLE, AR (KNWA) – The company that lost two million dollars worth of construction equipment to an arson fire on the Bella Vista Bypass last week is hoping a reward will help bring those responsible to justice.
A reward of up to $5,000 is now being offered for information leading to the identification of the suspect, or suspects.
The fires happened in an area just south of the Lowe’s hardware store. Three construction vehicles being used to to build the bypass were burned.
The State Fire Marshal and the federal Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agency are assisting the Bentonville Police Department with the investigation. Anyone with information about this case is encouraged to contact the Bentonville Police Department.
