SEARCY, AR – A Searcy High School student was arrested after police say he brought a BB gun to school.
On Monday at 2:30 p.m. officers with the Searcy Police Department were called to the Searcy High School for a report of a student being in possession of a handgun.
When officers arrived at the school, they found the student to be in possession of a “Black Ops” BB gun.
The juvenile student is being charged with Possession of a Handgun on School Property and was taken to the White River Juvenile Facility in Batesville.
