ROGERS, Ark. (KNWA) – A man is dead after a canoe accident on Saturday afternoon.
Ross Tharp, 33, got caught up under the water after going over the spillway, according to Sgt. Shannon Jenkins with the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.
First responders gave CPR at the scene to Tharp, but he did not recover and was pronounced dead.
