LITTLE ROCK, AR– State Treasurer Martha Shoffner has been arrested.
According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s website, Shoffner was arrested by the FBI.
She was booked at 4:29.
The FBI office in Little Rock has confirmed that Shoffer was arrested on a charge of Extortion Under the Color of Official Right under the Hobbs Act.
She will have an initial appearance at the federal courthouse in Little Rock on Monday.
