LITTLE ROCK, AR — A lawsuit filed in Pulaski County Court seeks to block a deal creating a new police substation in West Little Rock.
Under a lease agreement, the City of Little Rock would rent space at a currently empty building off Highway 10 just west of Interstate 430.
The lawsuit, filed by a resident of the Pankey Community, claims the city’s deal was made with members of a community organization who don’t have legal control over the building.
The suit seeks an injunction blocking the lease agreement from being finalized.
